Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jess Lea Boutique! We hope that you love everything you order from Jess Lea Boutique, if you aren’t head over heels for it, you do have the opportunity to return the items you purchased for a store credit, exchange or return(10% restocking fee will be deducted if you choose a refund & not all items are eligible for returns). The customer pays return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you are shipping a package valued at over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Jess Lea Boutique is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged. 


Beer Socks, Wine Socks & Slippers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned!

Items returnable for store credit only: shoes, leggings, hats & jewelry.

There is a 10% restocking fee on returns unless store credit or exchange is selected.

To be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit items must meet the following:

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, & in the original condition that they are received in (tags & boxes included)
  • Jess Lea Boutique must receive items within 16 days of shipping date of purchase. This deadline date will be printed on your return form.
  • During the Holiday Season our return/exchange policy has been extened to Dec. 30th. As long as we receive the item by that date we will accept the return or exchange. 

If your items meet these requirements, we will gladly issue a refund(10% restocking fee), store credit or an exchange. Please indicate what you would like on your return slip. If your items do not meet the requirements they will be refused. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. 

If you received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified via e-mail ( with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you requested a refund, please allow 2-5 business days for the transaction to process.
