*Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states within the United States including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories.

**For Priority Shipping and Priority Express Shipping: Orders must be placed by 11AM CST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM CST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Thursday and do not include holidays.

Domestic Processing Times

Standard Orders

For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous shipping girls work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday during the months of January- November. The month of December we ship orders Monday-Friday. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days!

For Priority Shipping and Priority Express Shipping: If you order is successfully submitted before 11 AM CST on our business days (Monday-Thursday), then our fabulous shipping team work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you that day! Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 1 to 4 additional business days depending on the expedited option that you choose!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service at info@jessleaboutique.com for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays.

International Shipping Rates- Canada & Mexico

We ship worldwide through the U.S. Postal Service International Mail. We offer First Class, Priority or Priority Express International Shipping. Shipping time will depend upon the destination – up to 16 business days following 2-3 business days warehouse processing time.We ship all Canada & Mexico international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

We ship worldwide through the U.S. Postal Service International Mail. We offer First Class, Priority or Priority Express International Shipping. Shipping time will depend upon the destination – up to 16 business days following 2-3 business days warehouse processing time. International Mail prices are based on weight and destination and will appear as a Shipping Option in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
