Hi friend!

I’m Jessica Bridges—wife, boy mom, lover of all things pink (and yes, leopard is a neutral in my world). I’m also the founder and lead designer behind Jess Lea, where we create fashion that helps women feel confident, stylish, and seen—no matter their shape or size.

Jess Lea began in 2014 as a dream in my guest bedroom, and today, we proudly design our own exclusive styles for women. Every single style is available in sizes Small through 3XL, because we believe that every woman deserves to wear pieces that make her feel beautiful.

With a background in fashion merchandising and years of experience as a buyer and planner in the retail world, I knew I wanted to build something different—something that celebrates real women and the real lives they lead. That meant designing clothes that are flattering, easy to wear, and versatile enough to go from day to night.

What started with a few racks of inventory has now grown into a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, where our amazing team ships out thousands of orders each month to women all across the world.

Every design we create starts with YOU in mind. Whether you’re dressing for work, weekends, vacations, or everything in between, we’re here to make sure you feel as incredible as you look.
